Service Description
BRAMHASHIRA is a proprietary trading algorithm by WAVE TRADING, designed to assist subscribers with market analysis through TradingView indicator and data-driven signals.
The algorithm provides analytical insights and visual guidance to support trading decisions. It does not execute trades, guarantee profits, or provide investment advice.
Trial, Evaluation & Acknowledgement
Before subscribing, the subscriber has personally tested and evaluated the BRAMHASHIRA algorithm, including its signals, results, and performance. The subscriber confirms satisfaction with the algorithm’s functionality before activating their subscription. No further trial period applies.
Subscription Terms
Grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service for the subscribed duration. Renewals require applicable fees. Subscription fees paid are non-refundable under all circumstances. If the subscriber cancels or terminates the service before the expiration of the subscription term, no refund, partial refund, or credit will be issued.
Usage Restrictions
- Do not share, resell, or distribute algorithm access.
- Do not reverse-engineer or copy any part of the Algorithm.
- Do not use the Service for unlawful or unauthorized trading.

WAVE TRADING offers no warranty for accuracy, profitability, or reliability. All trading involves risk. The provider is not liable for any direct or indirect financial loss from use of the Service.
Termination Clause
The provider may suspend or terminate the subscriber’s access without prior notice if any terms of this agreement are violated. Upon termination, all access must cease immediately. No refunds or credits will be provided upon termination.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This Agreement is governed by the laws of India. All disputes are subject exclusively to the jurisdiction of Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar, Maharashtra.
Entire Agreement
This document represents the full agreement between the subscriber and WAVE TRADING. Any modifications must be in writing and signed by both parties.
Acknowledgement
The subscriber affirms that they have read, understood, and accepted all terms.
